| Usage instructions | Subcutaneous Injection Preparation and Administration Instructions: Administer TREMFYA/TREMFYA PEN subcutaneously. Each pre-filled syringe, One-Press injector or pre-filled pen is for single use in a single patient. Instruct patients to inject the entire syringe (1 mL or 2 mL), which contains 100 mg or 200 mg of TREMFYA.; TREMFYA/TREMFYA PEN is intended for use under the guidance and supervision of a health care professional. TREMFYA/TREMFYA PEN can be administered by a healthcare professional or the patient/caregiver You can inject the medication once you have received proper training on the subcutaneous injection technique.; Before administering the injection, remove TREMFYA/TREMFYA PEN from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature (30 minutes) without removing the needle cap. Inject into the front of the thighs, the lower abdomen except the 2 inches around the belly button, or the back of the upper arms (for health care professionals or caregivers only).; TREMFYA/TREMFYA PEN should not be injected into areas where the skin is tender, bruised, red, hard, thick, scaly, or affected by psoriasis; If a dose is missed, give the dose as soon as possible. Thereafter, resume dosing at the scheduled time. Visually inspect TREMFYA/TREMFYA PEN for particles and discoloration prior to administration. TREMFYA/TREMFYA PLUMA is a clear, colorless to light yellow solution that may contain small translucent particles. Do not use if the liquid contains large particles, is discolored or cloudy. TREMFYA/TREMFYA PLUMA contains no preservatives; therefore, dispose of all remaining unused product in the pre-filled syringe, One-Press injector or pre-filled pen. |
